My Positive Addictions for Everyday

1. Personal Creed-Upon rising.
2. Meditate-20 minutes.
3. GratitudeLog.com
4. Workout (P90X right now)
5. Warm Up Voice for Singing
6. One Hour Creative Exploration
7. Brush Teeth, Shower, Wash Face, Dress Nicely :)...does wonders!

I am also trying to finish Brian Johnson's PhilosophersNotes, and would love to integrate journaling in everyday in the future!
