Mind, Soul-Journaling

Journaling is one of the most important things we can do to take all of our creative out-of-this-world ideas, and make them into reality, so needless to say, it should be in some capacity part of every artist's life. I actually learned this from my acting teacher this past year, and have tried to make it part of my life, even if it is just jotting down ideas that I have so I don't lose them. I used to think that it had to be something where I had to sit down, and write about a concept, like an academic exercise. The journal should be something for the artist, and only make sense to the artist. I found some bad ass journaling questions, and thought I would answer them, and I'd love to see your opinions and ideas on the questions as well! Please!

• “What would you do if you weren’t afraid?”
Matt: I would leave college, move (my whole family) to New York, and meet artists, with different inspirations, and try to help find the optimal health and life for each artist I talk to!
Allie: Travel the world!

• “What are your greatest strengths?”
Matt: Love, Forgiveness, Gratitude, Optimism, Creativity
Allie: Humor, Love,

• “What are 5 things you’re most proud of?”
Matt: Being with Allie, Being in College in a highly selective program, Playing Baseball and Volleyball on the high school level, My Daily Habits, and My Goals.
Allie: Getting into College, Dance Career, Job at the Cardio Center, Graduate from High School, Living on my own.

• “What are 5 things you WILL be most proud of?”
Allie: When I get my first Big job, getting married, getting a puppy, having my first baby, watching my family grow.
Matt: Meditating an Hour Daily, Allie/Family, Allie and my business growth and Helping Others, Having Travelled through Europe, Transforming Myself Everyday to be better the day before (Bonus: Self-Actualization, even for a minute).
